Shipping Schedule

(All orders are sent with next day delivery)

Monday: Orders placed before 10am will be shipped the same day

Tuesday: Orders placed before midday will be shipped the same day

Wednesday: Orders placed before midday will be shipped the same day

Thursday: Orders placed before midday will be shipped the same day

Friday: Orders placed before midday will be shipped the same day

Saturday: NO SHIPPING

Sunday: NO SHIPPING

Tracking

You will be sent an email with the tracking number by 6pm on the day of shipping (there are no order confirmation emails. This page acts as your order confirmation). The email you entered at checkout will also be added to the royal mail tracking so you will receive updates directly from them. They typically start sending out emails on the day of arrival (please refer to the shipping schedule to figure out when your parcel will arrive. for example if you order at 2pm on a Tuesday your item will be shipped on Wednesday to arrive on Thursday)

Returns & Refunds

There are no returns, refunds or exchanges. If you put the wrong address down or the parcel is refused on arrival and “returned to sender” there are no refunds as there is no return address on the labels.

What to expect in your order

Only what is shown in the photos of the listing will come with your order. That is the item, any packaging shown, and the receipt. Watches can also come with a receipt if you contact us after you make your order but otherwise do not come with a receipt.
